SAP Calculations for new-build dwellings, conversions and extensions in England

All new buildings in England and Wales are required to have a Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculation, which measures the property’s energy performance for heating, lighting, and ventilation. The calculation also considers the fabric and structure of the building, the type and efficiency of insulation, and any renewable technologies installed.

How Our SAP Calculations Work
Our SAP Calculations are carried out off-plan, so no site visit is required. We therefore cover the whole of England (please see areas we cover). To complete the assessment, we ask you to provide:
Once the SAP Calculation is finalised and the building is complete, we can produce an As Built EPC (On Construction EPC) for your property.
