We specialise in calculations and tests that are required for new-build properties, conversions and extensions, under the building regulations.

​We cover the whole of England, and our SAP Calculations, Water Efficiency Calculations and U-value calculations are carried out 'off plan' so that no site visits are required for these services.

Our Goal

We want to help you get the most out of your building project.  Here at the SAP Company, we firmly believe that good preparation is key to a successful building project.   

We work together with our clients and advise them on how to get the most out of their designs, whilst meeting with compliance.  Early preparation really can ensure better performance for the whole life-span of the property.​

Our Company

Once we receive your instruction to proceed with our quote, your booking will be allocated to the relevant assessor, who will work with you for the duration of the project.  We also work with partner companies for the on-site tests that we offer.

We pride ourselves in offering the best service possible to our clients and helping you to achieve your project's goals.

We firmly support the fight against climate change and believe that by achieving Part L building regulation targets, we are making progress within the construction and property industry to reduce carbon emissions.  With so many new renewable technologies coming into the forefront of housing design, this is indeed a very exciting time within our industry.

Founder/Director

Beth has been working in the property industry since 2011.  Having previously achieved a degree in Mathematical Sciences at the University of Bath, Beth has since combined her interest in construction and property with her mathematical skills to provide an excellent service for her clients. 

Whilst managing the Company, Beth also carries out SAP Calculations, Water Efficiency Calculations and U-Value Calculations as part of the team.
